Between beaches and the Ospedale forest

Porto-Vecchio is lucky enough to have the sea and the mountains just a few kilometres apart. In the morning, the beaches of Palombaggia or Santa Giulia; in the afternoon, the cool of the Ospedale forests. This double nature shows on the plate: grilled fish and spiny lobster on one side, chestnuts, ewe’s milk cheeses and charcuterie from the interior on the other. The region’s markets and producers provide everything needed for lively menus that change as the week goes by.
