White cliffs, the sea as far as the eye can see and a dinner that begins at sunset.

Bonifacio is like nowhere else. Perched on its limestone cliffs, the old town looks out towards Sardinia, and the villas around it open onto coves of an almost unreal blue. People come here to withdraw from the world for a few days or weeks, often with those they love. Charlotte offers cooking worthy of the setting, yet without ostentation: luminous plates, attention to everyone’s wishes and a discreet presence that leaves the landscape centre stage. As a live-in chef, she stays for the length of your holiday and composes meals day after day, from breakfast shared on the terrace to the dinner of your final evening. For a special occasion, she can also come for a single evening.

Two formats

Two ways to welcome Charlotte in Bonifacio.

For an evening, Charlotte comes to cook in your home; for a stay, she moves in as your live-in chef and composes every meal as the days unfold. Both formats are available in Bonifacio.

Facing the Strait of Bonifacio

At the southernmost tip of Corsica, cooking follows the sea and the maquis. Fish and seafood reign supreme, alongside the best the island produces: brocciu, charcuterie, honey, citrus and the wild herbs that scent the air as soon as you leave the coast. The high season runs from early summer to September, when days are spent at sea, out towards the Lavezzi islands or the beaches of the Gulf of Santa Manza, and everyone comes back hungry in time for an aperitif.
